Clicking new comment(s) in Notifications no longer jumps to proper comment, rather to top of article.

This used to work fine (a week ago), now stopped working properly.

Using Firefox browser on Windows desktop.

There was a SDCI (USCF) advertising banner on top of the page when you click on notification comments.. It appears to have stopped..

I see an interesting fact. This problem occurs only on authored articles. It does not occur on articles written by SA authors. The difference could be the Author's Rating History chart that slowly draws itself as the last user-visible thing done when the page loads. Could be this causes the page to "forget" to then go to relevant new comment. This thesis is further supported by my noticing that the Author's Rating History chart did not paint itself slowly in the past. This seems new and might have come at the same time that I am seeing this issue.

Not fixed for me.  Sometimes it goes to the right comment, but more than half the time it just goes to the top of the article,
