Web login issue

Hi SA, 

With the wbe version on a browser, I'm unable to login using my email. Each time I login, it asks to confirm my email by clicking the link the system sent to my email, but I never received those, not even in spam. 

Forget my password works, but the email confirmation with the initial sign-in never comes through.
