My notifications is not working for more than 2 months

I have tried deleting and installing the app as per your suggestion but it still doesn't work. I am paying for this app and I dont understand why I should be paying since there is no improvement

Try reinstalling the app and make sure you are enabling notifications during the initial setup of the app.
