starting october 6th, 2021, the size of text on emails to Outlook has changed significantly to where the email is not easily readable. What changed and will this be fixed?

Something happened after 12:34 AM on Wednesday the 6th as I get breaking news emails and the one at 12:34 AM is okay, but everything for the past 5 days after that has been hard to read. The formatting of the emails are different than previous breaking news emails and now almost every email has a picture on it and a new footer which is below (maybe this is causing the formatting issues)
