Schwab Global Account Brokerage Linkage

I linked my Schwab online account with SA - however, only the "Individual Account" assets were picked up, where as the "Global Account" portfolio is created in SA but remains... empty.

Has anybody successfully linked a Schwab Global Account with individual equity holdings into SA - or is this a pipe dream ?
