How do I unsubscribe from the alerts that keep interrupting me when I am on other sites

You are probably referring to chrome desktop notifications.

Go here https://seekingalpha.com/account/user_settings and scroll to the bottom to disable them.

You can also disable them per website here:

chrome://settings/content/notifications
