Clearing Headline Notifications Not Working AGAIN!

Clearing Headline Notifications is not working again properly. Once cleared, the item shows up again with the first app refresh. This is one of the most persistent bugs in the app, and one of the most frustrating for users who need to manage a lot of notifications and keep those that require further action. This on top of the fact that clearing notifications does not even use a “standard” convention of swiping to clear notifications but instead requires multiple actions via a pop-up window … for each and every item. For what is such a basic feature, it really needs a fix.

Hi there,

Deleting or clearing messages from the message screen does not in any way reset the message counter (badge number).




The message counter is synchronized with the number of web portal messages.





If a user wants to clear the entire messages, click “Clear All“ .





If a user wants to delete a certain message, click on the right and select “Clear“.



If this does not resolve the issue, please take a screenshot of the application icon (with the badge number) and a screenshot of the web portal where the messages are displayed.
