Annoying advert at top of screen

We should unsubscribe anyone who pays to put an advert on top of our screens.  I am unsubscribing seekingAlpha as I don't pay 250+ so they can force advertising down my throat.

Also, there should be an option to simply close these and not see them again. Do you not have that option?

Do you also realize that the "special offer" advertisement at the bottom of page is covering 60% of the screen space in a Samsung Galaxy S21?  and there is no way to remove it?
