For the past week a Yellow-Highlighted Banner – immediately below the Seeking Alpha menu bar – has been totally obscuring the market status for the Dow, S&P500, NASDAQ, etc around the clock. Terrible as it carries over to every page I open.

There will always be a "X" cross mark like the one below to remove this. We will keep in mind to keep the color in contrast for easy visibility.

Yep - exactly what I came here to complain about. It is awful! You charge us an annual fee, so please don't obscure the market ticker with an annoying un-removable ad! That's going to trigger a non-renewal...
