My app Keeps on shutting down on its own when I put a comment up and my comment does not get posted

The app keeps on shutting down when I post a comment ! 

The app has had so many problems when will you finally get it right already . Between so many bug reports I have made nothing gets done ! 

Need to go to App Store and let people know to stay away from your app , because clearly you don’t care !
