Is there a way to export my notes? They don't seem to be included in a portfolio export.

I can go to "My Notes" and I can see all of my notes. But I cannot export them. 
I can export my portfolio to .xlsx, but the notes are not exported. 

Is there a way to include my notes in a portfolio export? Or to export all of my notes separately?
