I clicked this link 4 times over the course of 2 days before it loaded (https://seekingalpha.com/article/4241656-southwest-gas-unique-utility-dual-growth-drivers?ifp=0). I haven't been able to identify a trend, since it seems to happens on random links. Thanks for taking the time to research. Let me know if you need more examples.
