Paid for pro on iPad and still not able to read articles.

Decided to go with the SeekingAlpha pay subscription however they took the $32 for it but I’m still not receiving any of the pro benefits. Still not able to read articles or find tools to use as described. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice.Still not working
