New comments setting at the top of a comment stream forces one to click through looking for the original comment that was replied. I have stopped looking and wonder what is the point of reading any comments. A grade of F is given.

The new change on reflecting comments to the top of the comment stream makes it worthless as to knowing who the comment is possibly replying to.  A grade of F and this makes it far more likely that I will read the amount of comments I was prior to this change.
