Bug in dividend growth rates

1) The dividend growth rate shown is wrong.

To make the reference easier, check the link "https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/PEP/dividends/dividend-growth".

Note the 1 Year Growth Rate (TTM) showing as 51.85% (for Pepsico). Obviously the calculation is going wrong. I do not know, if this growth rate displayed today will be same when you go to that link (since the calculation could be based on the growth in dividend over the number of days elapsed since the previous dividend date.). But the dividend growth shall be calculated using the current rate (multiplied by annual frequency) over the previous rate x frequency OR simple the increase in dividend amount as a percentage of previous dividend rate.

2) In that same link, hover the mouse over different rows of data. The tool tip text is wrong. Obviously when the development codes were done, cut/copy/paste was used and the tool tip text needs to be changed to perfect.

pls. Check the DGR for TRP ( TC energy). I could show you my screenshots from other sites if we could directly communicate by email , not via this site. F
