I'm not receiving my pre-market summary of my portfolio. I do receive all other notifications

IM also having the same issue. It started on Wednesday 5/15 for me

also looking for the email. Very useful tool. 

They don't make it easy to make contact with a human from the company. From what I can see there really isn't any way to connect with some kind of customer service for questions or technical issues.
