Missing Price Data or Tickers

I'm getting no price data on the following tickers - PBC, INSW.PA, ETP.PD, ETP.PE, SBLKZ.  Also new tickers SCCB and NRXPP (soon to be NRZ.PA)

SCCB has been added, rest still has no info or missing completely.
