iOS Push Notification not clearly when user clears notification in app

Push notifications in IOS Notification Center (latest public iOS version) not clearing (being removed) when you clear notifications from within latest Seeking Alpha app - basically, have to clear notifications twice - once in app, once in iOS Notification Center
