Seeking Alpha android app can't show PORTFOLIO list

"We were unable to reach Seeking Alpha. Please try again in a few minutes."

I have been waiting for hours it still can't reach Seeking Alpha.

I changed another free account to login to Seeking Alpha then no problem at all.

Why ?

My account is paid subscribed account. 

I paid $239.

Why can't my account just work as good as a free account ?
