Mute Does Not Carry Over To App

I mute people on the desktop site, but still see them/get notifications from them via the app.  Can you please make it so mutes carry over to the app?

Also, a block function should replace the mute on both the desktop and app.  I don't want people I mute/block to be able to see my comments/articles and/or leave comments of their own.
