This website is the worst ever. No support for issues, no way to contact help desk. Total fraud. Been trying to obtain assistance for three months without success. Cancelling my membership immediately.

If you are a paid subscriber, you should see a "Support" button on your nav bar. You can submit a ticket or call the phone number shown there as well.
