Are you experiencing this on the web site or phone?

Its back, page constantly reloading, same as last week. there were no updates to my Mac Air software

Website via wifi.  Seems like lots of new ads are being sent as the page reloads.  Thanks for looking into this.  The error message is "seeking alpha has stopped responding"

Under review

please provide url showing the problem and a screenshot of the errors  Do you have any special filters on your network?  Thanks!

haven't been able to see seekingalpha on safari since yesterday or the day before. loading error every few seconds, so every time the content reloads automatically. no problem on other browsers, but not an acceptable solution for someone who only uses safari.

on safari 13.0.3 under mac os catalina

Here's a PDF of the JavaScript Developer's console showing the tail of the error.

same here, happens on any seekingalpha page which has content reloading

My browser ( Safari) says " The webpage reloaded because there was an error.

I am getting the same thing, page crashes, it's every page it seems

I am experiencing the same issue as of this morning. No issues through last last.

Same here.  Started this morning.  The problem occurs on my Mac with Safari.  When I use Chrome (still on my Mac), everything works fine.

Hi All,

We are working on a fix and will update.

Me too, I'm using Safari Mac OS.....

Same here since yesterday. MacOS Catalina (10.15.1)/ Safari.

Hello,

Our dev team identified a script from one of our partners that had not been optimized for the new OS update, which was causing the issues.

This script has now been removed, so you should no longer see issues. If you do still see issues, clearing your cookies, should now resolve it.

Apologies for the inconvenience.

Still experiencing the same problem on the actual articles pages. Safari Version 13.0.4 (14608.4.9.1.4)

I am still experiencing the web page reload issue on articles.

I am still experiencing the web page reload issue on articles. MacOS HS (10.13.6)/ Safari (13.0.4).

Still same. Have clear ALL cookies and restarted Safari 2x. Issue is site-wide. Not happening on any of other websites so definitely seekingalpha issue.

Still same problem for Safari. But it works normally in Chrome.

same here, still experiencing constant reloading after emptying cache and deleting website data in safari.  MacOS 10.15.1

Same here, since yesterday. Message says "A problem repeatedly occurred..." with a "Reload Webpage" button. Problem keeps happening after reloading page. Same pages in Chrome are working so far. Not caused by a Mac update, using Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6.

Not fixed by deleting cookies and restarting computer. It does not seem to be happening when I am not logged in! It only started up again when I signed in.

It's happening to me too on my desktop:

• iMac Retina 5K

• Mac OS 10.14.6

• Safari 13.0.3

This feedback forum page is the only one not doing it! So I'm guessing it's ad-related.

Confirming same problem since this morning, and not fixed by whatever you did earlier. Safari 13.0.3 on Mojave 10.14.6

emptied cache, deleted all cookies, restarted safari: it is still happening! problem NOT SOLVED!!

definitely related to ads: only the help&support pages function correctly

Hi All,

We are still looking into the issue. If possible, please use Google Chrome in the meantime.

Thanks,

I forgot to mention that I have had to switch to Chrome to access SA, but prefer to use Safari.  Thanks

I am having the same problem on Safari.

I have the same problem. You've probably got a bad add that keeps burning up memory and causing the JVM in the browser to reload the page.

Thank you

Having the same issue all day!

Still happening 5:30pm Eastern

Hi All,

Can everyone please check again and let us know if it's better now?

Thanks,

Daniel, I have had the crashing issue this morning.  WD

Cautiously optimistic. I just went to an article and so far it is stable.

On the other hand, the email link brought me in as not logged in (even thought I was logged in on another window) and clicking "sign in" and the link at the bottom of the page didn't work so I couldn't post. I was able to get here under my account through the Help & Support menu.

It's working fine here. thanks

I'm no longer experiencing the issue. What was it?

seems to be working correctly now.

Daniel:

Great job!   You fixed it.    Happy holidays to all

It was fine for a few days, started again today

went away for a few days but is back this morning.

Hello,
