Can’t connect
I just downloaded today’s update to your app. As soon as it opens it asks for your email address. After I enter my email address and press NEXT, I get a pop up that says it cannot connect.

We had a bug in our system recently that was causing this issue for a small portion of customers. While we are working on an automated fix for this, try
uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Please let me know if the issue persists after performing these two measures.
