Can I bulk download and use the transcripts for academic research purpose?

I need bulk amount of earnings call transcript for academic research purpose. Can I download and use the transcripts from your site and use it for academic research purpose?

Dear Sir,

Is there any way so that I can download the files? I just need positive, negative and total word count so that I can do a sentiment analysis for my academic research. Is there any way to get permission to scrape? I am ready to pay if there is any way to get permission in exchange of money. I again confirm that it will be used only for academic research purpose.
