Cannot login to seeking alpha

I open this app hundreds of times per day. Very irritating that this is happening. Feels like a piece of me is missing
Thank you for your message and I apologize for the inconvenience.
We had a bug in our system recently that was causing this issue for a small portion of customers. While we are working on an automated fix for this, there are a couple things we can try to restore access:
1) Logging out and logging back in
To do so, go to your “More” menu and select "Sign Out".
To log back in simply enter the email and password with which you registered, and you will automatically be logged in.
If you can't remember which account you used to register, please type in the email address you are using to receive email alerts from Seeking Alpha with.
If you forgot your password you can always recover it by entering your email address and on the password screen tap on “Forgot Password”. You will get an email from Seeking Alpha with a One-Click Setup link. This will log you back in.
If it's not working, you can uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Please let me know if the issue persists after performing these two measures.

i'm a premium customer, but every time i logon, it opens and as soon as i click to check a stock, it tells me i have to logon. This very frustrating and when i call them, the customer service person tells me to try this or that. i paid an annual premium and if not fixed by tomorrow i'm canceling and headed back to Zach.
I cannot reach the website...I only receive the orange streaming line across the top of the screen, I use Mozilla Firefox. What can I do to access my info?

I need help - had a free acct and 2 days ago signed up for a Premium "Free Trial". Old Login was for my
RIA business and am now retired so applied as an individual but system picked up old info and I cant get into Premium platform or change account settings for Premium. I asked Dave Schechter for help bu haven't heard back. Can you call me
for a walk-thru to set it up right?
