Once Market opens scrolling portfolio becomes impossible

when is the portfolio scrolling function going to work properly.  Once market opens, immediately scrolling portfolio becomes impossible. Keeps jumping back to A, cannot scroll the portfolio.  When is this going to get fixed, 3 days and no change, problem persists.
