Mouse cursor and price pop-up - page maneuvering suggestion

- While mouse is hovered around a ticker symbol, many a times, it displays only name of the company. However at any point of time, the pop-up with company details should come. that is not happening. This is applicable to ticker symbols on the sidelines of the page such as high-of-the-day and low-of-the-day stocks etc.
