Day high and Day low are not up to date
I updated the app a couple of days ago as you suggested. The day high and a low no longer appear accurate or up-to-date during trading hours.

specific examples are ALL stocks in portfolio and time of day is THE ENTIRE TRADING SESSION. The volume also does not update
The price and volume should be real-time for the vast majority of stocks. Day high/low is 15-min delayed for all stocks. Can that explain the issue you are seeing?

the “delay” is not just for 15-20 min but for the entire session of trading hours.
