I cannot no matter what I do, add Symbols to my Portfolios & I have less than 400 total symbols.

I've never seen anything so incredibly difficult to accomplish, where NOTHING that you try will work.  You can type the symbol in the box & click on the '+' , but it won't react at all.  Then you can try the "edit" button, which brings up your symbols with red 'x's in front of each symbol, and you still can't add any symbols, because your system simply doesn't respond.

And this is in both Chrome & IE8.

Your site provide NO email address, and you are forced to post in a forum?  That's a ridiculous setup.  Sending an email to webmaster@seekingalpha.com is returned as it doesn't exist!

Can't you even provide some basic email addresses to write to about problems, instead of putting your users through having to post in a forum to get help?

Hi,

There is a limit of 250 tickers per portfolio and 400 tickers across all portfolios. If the same ticker exists in multiple portfolios it is counted twice.

Daniel,

I'm under 150 total in ALL portfolios, with a few duplicates I need to clean up.  Your reply says under review, so I assume that means you are looking at what the problem could be.

Hi,

But you do have 400 when you add up all portfolios, right?

Daniel,

You didn't read what I wrote correctly.  All of my portfolios added together do NOT contain more than 150 symbols. I would add, that it is poor design to not even SHOW the total number of symbols in each of Portfolio.  How hard can it be to have added such a useful feature?  I have so many less than the maximum, that simply by scrolling through, I can see that I do not have more than about 50 symbols in each of 4 Portfolios.
