Dividend Yield (Fwd) on your snapshots

The dividend Yield (Fwd) as stated on your security snapshots deems to be in error on many stocks.  ie NHI on your snapshot for 4/3/2020 is Price $37.60, Dividend Rate $4.41 and the yield at 8.91%.  Seems to me it shoudl be 11.7% as many of your contributors note.  This seems to happen with a lot of stocks.  What am I missing?
