Did not receive emails today (4/7) that I am signed up for. I know it is working as I received articles from authors that i follow and SA breaking news. Just not receiving articles. I also received Wall St. Breakfast only with a time of 3:14 PM?
I'm having the same problem. I'm trying to find where I can let Seeking Alpha know about the problem.
SA no longer provides any easy way to contact them, which is why they offer this feedback so you can just talk to other members like me who do not know what they are talking about. I have had this problem of no emails for years with almost never a satisfactory answer for why from SA. Usually it will fix itself in a couple of days. I really think their problem is that sometimes they just drop some of us out of the daily emails.
One way you can try to contact them is just to send a message over anything labeled as "feedback" as somebody at SA is more likely to read that.
In meantime, I just move around the SA site trying to find articles that interest me. Very inefficient, but the best I can do right now.
Thanks for the info, fellow MLP investor, and person who I always pay attention to when you post on SA articles. Yesterday I didn't receive a few of the regular morning emails that I receive every day, and today NONE of them showed up. I hope they get this fixed.
My emails did come back today. I do not know if you have a portfolio on SA. If you do, related articles appear at the bottom. SA revised the portfolio. A popup asked for feedback comments on the new portfolio. My feedback I sent them yesterday was that emails did not come to me. I spent yesterday poking around the SA site to seek out articles that interested me, which is what I do with no emails. You also might try going to where you are setup for emails, uncheck/remove everything you receive, update that, and then go back and check again. Maybe that will trigger their system to send to you. Sorry that I cannot be more help.

Yesterday I received all of the SA articles and newsletters that I'm signed up to receive, and I was hoping the problem had been corrected. But today I didn't receive ANY of the daily emails that I'm signed up for, and I'm not receiving many of the new emails on stocks in my portfolios, either. Very disappointing.....I hope you can get this fixed soon. Thanks.
Thanks, Kushai. I'm receiving most of my emails today, but am still missing several of the sector emails that come out in the morning before the market opens. I haven't received the "New Comments" email since Sunday, and that one is especially helpful. Is there anything I/we can do to help restore the emails, or are you and SA working on it and we should just wait. Also, is there an email or link where we can contact Seeking Alpha when problems like this arise? There used to be a way to do that. Thanks for your help. Marty
I'm also not receiving email alerts about articles up from people I am following. I prefer to read articles on my laptop not my phone. Emails haven't gone to Spam or Junk folder and I used to get them all the time. Very frustrating as I only find articles by authors I'm following by chance.
I am also not receiving any type of emails since today morning.
Anyone can provide suggestion to resolve this issue?
