Rocket Chat - What are the things that I can use Chat for?

The subscription on the SA Investing Groups comes with a chat room. Chat has been one of the most popular features on the Investing Groups, and we wanted to provide some tips on using the chat. Some of the things you can do on chat are:

• Send private messages to the author or other members/subscribers.
• Edit/delete your messages once sent (with edit info recorded)
• Quote or reply to a specific message.
• Insert images or attachments.
• Star any message and see a list of all starred messages.
• Search message history
• See a list of all files added to the chat room.
• Get notifications when your name is mentioned or a new message is sent.
• Notify specific users using @ to ping them directly in the main chat room.
