How to link your Fidelity accounts

If you are having issues linking your Fidelity account to your Seeking Alpha portfolio or you are seeing incorrect data, please note that there are several institutions for Fidelity and you must select the correct one based on your account type.

For example, Fidelity (which is the default choice that pops up) only supports IRAs, Roth IRAs, Brokerage Accounts, Stock Plans.

To access holdings and transactions data for 401(k)s, 403(b)s, 401(a)s, Pensions, 401(k) Loans, you must link to Fidelity NetBenefits.

You can select the relevant one by searching for it rather than selecting from the initial Plaid pop-up:

You may also visit plaid.com which includes a dedicated section that helps address common questions you might have about how Plaid works and their security practices—as well as tips for troubleshooting. Additionally, there is my.plaid.com which is a portal through which you can view and manage the connections you've made using Plaid.
