How are stocks picked for the 'Top Rated Stocks' list?

Stocks that qualify for 'Top Rated Stocks' are rated between Buy to Strong Buy across all Quant factors, SA Author, and Wall St. Analyst ratings.

All Top Stocks are "Strong Buys" and the top 10 are displayed on the dashboard, on the homepage.

As the ratings are dynamic, at times, the stocks may slip down or move up a bit and change positions.
