How do I sign in on the App (Android/iOS) if I don't remember my password?

Delete and reinstall the App; after opening the App, you will get a page as shown below.

1. Click on Sign in.

2. Click on Reset it and enter your email address, a password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.

Note: Too many reset attempts will block access to your account temporarily. If this happens, please wait for an hour and try again.
