I want to show off my best work - how can I do this with the PREMIUM (formerly Essential) paywall?

We allow each author up to 5 author's picks. These picks are available from your profile page and are open to all readers who click from that page. You need to go to your profile page and click the small plus button beneath a given article to make it an author's pick.
