Click a profile icon in the left of top pane. Then select settings. This page should be opened now: https://seekingalpha.com/account/subscriptions_settings
Clicking "Update" at fourth row from top allows you to update credit card details.

Your comment, posted as reply to someone’s comment, is not visible only for a user, who muted you. Whole thread of comments is not visible for a user, who muted you, if you are thread starter. However, all other users will see your comments normally.

Investigating described issue, I have noticed that on website version displayed on tablets the only area, which opens a drop-down menu is an arrow right to the Marketplace service title. Being relatively small, this area sometimes may not be properly clicked, which leads to "sporadic" response, described by you. An issue will be forwarded to our product team for review.
