You are right. I assumed OP was using Firefox. My mistake. However, I'm still not sure why you suggested OP try a different browser (as if it was a browser-related issue).

Kushal Mehrotra, your answer is not helpful. It does not inspire confidence when an Admin tries to justify a major UX limitation (flaw) by saying it's necessary for performance reasons. Why should users accept that? Is your website so precariously constructed that showing 20 pages of transcripts will break something? This is the sense I get while reading your reply.

SA Jacob Maltz, your answer is not helpful. I read your reply as "It will never be fixed in Firefox" and "We don't care about our Firefox users".

I asked the Support Team about this as I experienced the same issue recently. They assert there is no express policy against connecting to their service/website while using a VPN. Magically, today, I was able to login and connect to the app and the website while on my VPN again. I've asked them to forward my report to their Tech Team. I suggest you do the same if you're still having an issue.
