Hi, when you click on "Create Portfolio" following pop-up should appear, after you specify a name of your choice you should click the "Create Portfolio" button in the pop-up and after that you will be redirected to your new Portfolio page and prompted to add ticker.

If it doesn't happen please specify the type and version of your OS and browser you are using, so we can investigate.
