Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a new portfolio
2. Add the following symbols DHIL,EARN,GLPI,GPMT,LADR,MNRL,PGR,SLG
3. In the new portfolio, select the Dividends sub tab (instead of Summary)
4. Notice that for the column heading Div Rate FWD there is a dash (-) instead of a dollar amount
5. Select one of the symbols to see the detail for that symbol
6. Notice on the right side of the graph, Div Rate (FWD) has a monetary value, as it should

Hi Daniel,
Regular dividends are the whole point of preferred stocks. Most of the stocks I listed are fairly new, have not yet have paid a dividend, as this will be their 1st quarter. Since they do not yet have 'history' I can understand how the data might not be unavailable at this time. Quantumonlline shows what they will be paying, and when, but I suppose you have no automated way of gathering that info.

Fixed for most, but not all. The following Preferred (and 1 BDC) are missing data:
CODI.PC FTAI.PA GNL.PB HTIA SCCB TRTN.PC
CGBD (This BDC has an Ex-div, but no Div Rate or Yield)
