imo you're missing the point. You are giving a "Dorothy Dixer" answer to the User and not actually addressing his concerns and quite REASONABLE EXPECTATIONS. You're answer is how POLITICIANS DO NOT answer questions.

It is Seeking Apha who has the COMMUNICATION PROBLEM here , let me explain.

1) Jacob you claim L:

That is patently false - there are thousands of such posts everywhere on SA.

2) You Jacob no where on SEEKING Aplha do you ever say to ANY USER ....

ALERT to Commenters:: NO opinions or discussion about the CV outbreak will be published by Seeking Alpha.

ALL such comments will be DELETED ....

IF that is your rule; and if you TOLD everyone that up front - then EVERYONE WOULD KNOW ALREADY.

But guess what Jacob .... NO ONE KNOWS!!!

3) Jacob, you need to address the specific concerns of the User and TELL the TRUTH while you do it.

Like try and find out why this guys comments were deleted and speak with the MODERATOR/S who deleted his comments - so you at least KNOW HIS circumstances

4) PLACED ON PRE-MODERATION OF MY POSTS NOW

I ask generally why is this? How can you people place someone back on MODERATION without ANY pre-Warning it's possible?

Why do you not Warn people such a thing can happen, or that their POSTING style is problematic in the first place?

How come you do NOT advise them the SPECIFIC REASON via email immediately?

Why is there no set reasonable appeals process? 

What if it is the MODERATOR who has got THEIR wires crossed and acted badly becasue they didn't comprehend what was being said and what it MEANT???

People behave much better and more reasonably when they are treated reasonably in the first palce and trat with a default level of RESPECT as an INDIVIDUAL.

ALL POWERFUL UNACCOUNTABLE FACELESS NAMELESS GOD's controlling others lives never works out well for anyone.

PS Good luck Jacob. My tip is to THINK about what's ben said here and PASS IT ON (if you;re a sincere genuine organisation of human beings and not simply AutoBots.

If you go to the log-in popup box, there's a button bottom right to SEND YOU a Login Link to your Email address.

If you then click on that link in the email you get then you go right back into SA "all logged in".

The problem SA have is they do not have a RESET password option when you forgotten/lost your password.

Yes, it's an issue. So simple and yet impossible.
