I add my voice. In particular, sending me emails with links to non-free articles without ANY indication that they are non-free until I click on them is a very distasteful way to operate, and I'm gone for good.
To send me links to articles, by email, only to tell me they are only available on Premium service is a distasteful cheap shot I cannot abide. I looked for a way to cancel my SA membership and could not find; only minor tweaks to preferences seem to be available. So I'm looking for a ffeedback category on which to express my deep disappointment, and there is a category for Praise, alright, but not for criticism: and what started as anger is now approaching HATE.

There should be a profile button for deleting one's account completely, not just manage subscriptions. I don't want to exist at all anymore in the SA website.
