Thanks.   Issue was limited to able to comment or like posts from my Android phone.  That now seems resolved.  However, I am now NOT receiving any notifications of articles to the email inbox on my phone, just to the inbox on my Windows desktop.  Only notifications I'm getting on phone are from Echo User threads, which I'm not interested in.  So, while my initial issue is resolved, another one has arisen.  Please advise.

Same here.  Posted own comment 2 weeks ago.  No response.  Trying again.  Trying to contact.  Just get SA's "support agent," which doesn't appear to be medium to resolve problem.  With each year, SA gets worse & worse.  No customer support.   Articles increasingly worthless.  Maybe they're dying a slow death.
