I'm having the same problem....again...!!!! The last email I received was on 9/15. The emails are not blocked on any spam filter and the website does not have ads blocked.
Using SA's "how do I restart my email alerts " option under "Website" on this Feedback screen hasn't fixed the problem either.

OK .... Now getting alerts again after using SA's "how do I restart my email alerts " option under "Website" on this Feedback screen for a second time in 3 hours.
