You can view ETF holdings under the holdings section on the desktop website. The feature is under maintenance for the iOS app and will be brought back very soon.

https://seekingalpha.com/symbol/GDV/holdings is where you can find holdings for GDV on desktop. On iOS it was recently removed with the latest app update but will be brought back very soon. The feature is available to all users.

You can view the Ex-Dividend date under Key Data >> Overview, for individual stocks. Please find a screenshot of ticker = JNJ for reference.
