Yes, there is a way. Click on the follow button located on the far right on the quote page and add the ticker to the desired portfolio.

You can move stocks to different watchlists, by going to their respective symbol page 'unfollow'-ing them and follow them back into your desired portfolio.

Grouping stocks in different watchlists and naming the watchlists accordingly are completely customizable right now.
