Please kill the app and restart it - Usually that will solve it.
If the problem continues, try reinstalling the app.
Try tapping the "Show All" button at the bottom of the list.
You can use the browsers "request desktop version" or go to the menu, scroll to the bottom and hit the "Desktop version" link.
We are adding this feature to our mobile website in the near future.
For the time being you can do it by installing our mobile apps or doing it on our desktop website.
