Thanks for confirming that the issues are indeed on Outlook. This is happening because of recent changes made by Outlook. We're working on a fix.

Do you happen to be reading Wall Street Breakfast on outlook?

Thanks for the feedback. This is definitely on our longer term roadmap.

Hi, if you could please provide the page URL and a screencap showing the error, we'll investigate. Apologies for the bad UX.

As an additional point of reference, you can use ETFs like VXX and VIXY as proxies for intraday VIX movements. They're obviously not perfect for tracking but as they track forward VIX futures in a non-leveraged way and trade intraday, they are pretty close.

Our video ads aren't supposed to behave like that. if you could please send along a screenshot of the offending unit we'll get the issue resolved.

Best,

I totally sympathize with your point of view. We haven't been able to put much development time or resources into our ad-free offerings to date. When we do pivot in this direction we will definitely be comining all of our current offerings into a single product.

Hi smart as paint,

Great question. Insider's Forum and all of our Marketplace services are subscription services offering access to all of the service's exclusive investing ideas, community chat, and any other content the service offers. Whether you choose to invest in any specific idea is entirely up to you. These are not mirroring services.

Hope that helps answer your question but feel free to reach out to the service directly via direct message if you have any additional questions.

Best,

Jonathan

As these are 2 different properties we consider the 2 ad-free products 2 different products. We understand this is somewhat counterintuitive and are considering merging these products into a single product in the future. Apologies for the time being.

Hi GreenPirate,

Thanks for reporting this issue. If you could please send us a screenshot we'll be able to block the offending ad (which of course should have never been there in the first place).

Best,
