If you go to the Edit tab in the Data view of the portfolio (https://seekingalpha.com/account/portfolio/edit), you can 'x' on any single ticker you want to while keeping the rest of the portfolio intact.
We have deployed a fix in production. Please try unsubscribing again.

Thanks for your report. The issues you are reporting are relatively new and ones we're taking very seriously. We agree that this is an unacceptable user experience and are doing everything we can to rectify the situation.

We are aware of the FF issue you mention here - it's a relatively new bug affecting some users on FF - and are working diligently to fix it.
We totally agree David and apologize for the issues. The good news is we're rolling out a new chat client next week which should resolve all of these issues for once and for all.

Very interesting suggestion. We've considered it in the past but feel it would then unfairly penalize newer services - unless we also added an additional column for 'Date Service Started'.
