Are you logged in or out when experiencing this issue? We have a known issue for logged out users which will be fixed on Sunday. If you’re logged in when accessing them transcript you shouldn’t be experiencing this issue so please let us know if you are.
We have not any security breaches on our end with user info. Have you tried reaching out to discus directly?

We are releasing this functionality to our android App soon (it's already live on iOS. In the meantime you can access all of our subscription services on our mobile web site.

Just to follow up, we have identified the location of where we erroneously state that PRO is renewed annually. All billing for PRO is monthly. We'll be getting this fixed ASAP.
